On May 1st, 2004, Cyprus has joined the big European family, of which the “Unity in diversity” is a distinctive aspect. The unity of the European peoples has become true through the flexible and modern communication channels.
The visitors of the website of our Office will find information about the functioning and the activities of the Office. It will also be possible for them to be informed about the course of Cyprus joining the European Union and the harmonisation process with the acquis communautaire. Furthermore, they will be able to collect information with respect to the European programs and policies.
By updating this website regularly, we aim at facilitating the direct contact between Cyprus and the European citizen.
